Magnolia Playfield Play Area Renovation

This project will will renovate the West Magnolia Playfield play area to meet modern safety and accessibility standards. Existing equipment will be replaced with new, age-appropriate play structures (ages 2–12), new safety surfacing, and site furnishings. This project will also feature accessibility upgrades connecting the sidewalk system, community center, play area, tennis courts, and future skate dot. 

The existing community art, including the Karen’s Place blocks, will remain safely in place.
